National Autistic Society-Autism & SPELL-12 hour training
The course aims to provide an understanding of how the SPELL Framework can support individual autistic CYP in mainstream schools with a focus throughout on creating a SPELL profile. This is constructed by exploring the CYP’s unique profile and considering how to adapt strategies to support.

To enable participants extend their knowledge and understanding of the different profiles of demand avoidance, and to further explore the nature of support necessary in a learning environment
WTT Supporting Transitions from Year 5 /6 to year 7

To explore the key issues relating to the transition of autistic children from primary to secondary school

To reflect on the need to increase independence and resilience -in readiness for secondary school expectations

To ensure all support reflects the individual child's voice
