Working Together Team is a service for Lincolnshire mainstream schools and academies.

WTT's role is to support settings through upskilling, building their capacity, confidence and competence in meeting the needs of their children and young people who are autistic/have social communication differences.

WTT support works through the WTT Ladder (available from 1st September here)

WTT's offer is commissioned for Lincolnshire mainstream schools, academies and colleges and the Ladder does NOT include independent settings or Early Years settings (aside from supporting Lincolnshire schools with pupils transitioning from Early Years into primary).

Early Years and Specialist settings can access our Central training offer.-bookable via Eventbrite (links are within the calendar under FAQs.

Information sessions about the new service for September 2022 have been delivered across 7 sessions during July and September and these were shared with ALL of our mainstream settings. If you are a SENCO and missed these opportunities, you can download the slides at the bottom of this page and also watch a pre-recorded audio presentation below.

We also have an online helpline for Ladder process queries (not to discuss individual pupil concerns). This is on a Friday morning from 8:30am to 1pm, hosted by members of our team and the link has been sent to schools on the September information session update. If you need a reminder of the link, please email us at outreach@gosberton-house.lincs.sch.uk

PLEASE SEND LADDERS AS WORD DOCUMENTS (not PDFs) as they are an ongoing dialogue with WTT .

Thank you.
